Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make it worse. There's a 95% chance the same snag/fix is listed & answered in the Help FAQ. But if you can't find it there, post your problem here.
Make sure you post in the right category below & be sure to include a screencap showing the issue!
I suspect this is because you went to the Salesforce homepage and got the free 30-day trial account instead of following the link the instructions to get the Developer Edition account?
Hi yeah I have the same problem but I followed all the instructions and got the developer edition account
It may be a glitch in your browser. Try logging out, closing your browser and then logging in again.
If your using Safari, try using chrome. I had the same issue
I have tried all the possible remedies provided above. I am still stuck on this step
This is due to your browser's security settings. See the fix for your browser below:
In Safari, select Preferences, click the Privacy tab and for Website tracking, uncheck the box labeled Prevent cross-site tracking. If Block all cookies is checked, uncheck that too.
In Chrome, select Preferences, scroll down to the Privacy & Security section, click on Cookies and other site data and then check Allow all cookies or Block third-party cookies in Incognito.
In Firefox, select Preferences, Privacy & Security and select Standard.
