Please see the attached file for the report of the import. It said 10 records processed but 9 of them failed and only 1 got imported. I also looked at the import data for Pitches records and 8 of them failed. I already checked the mapping and all of the fields mapped. Could you please look into it?
Ok, so I logged into your account and I see your Country setting is Ireland. I assume you didn't set this to Ireland but sometimes it gets set by accident when you first get the account. This is why the cover sheet for Lab 1b says:
Critical! – YOU HAVE TO DO THIS FIRST TO AVOID PROBLEMS:
1) Click the character icon in the top right corner to get a popup & then click Settings under your name
2) On the left-hand menu click My Personal Information & under that, click Language & Time Zone
3) In the center of the screen, set the Locale menu to "English (United States)" & click Save
But it seems you didn't do that so that explains why you couldn't import the data properly. In Ireland they use the DD/MM/YYYY date format. WE use MM/DD/YYYY so it messes up during import.

I’m sure there is a way to fix your problem but you never answered any of my questions so I could better understand what your problem is. Also I asked you to do 3 steps so I could access your account and to let me know when you did then but you never did. I’ve been waiting to hear back from you. Once you let me know the answers and do the steps I gave you then I can help. I’ll continue to wait until I hear back from you.
Sorry I'm confused. You're saying you only succeeded in importing 8 of the 10 Pitch records back in Lab 1b? But then you couldn't finish 1b. How are you up to Lab 2b now and if you only had 2 Pitch records then how could you import 9 Meeting records successfully?
First I need you to help me understand - do you have only 2 Pitch records from 1b plus the Spray & Pray one you added in 2a? Let me know.
Then do these 3 steps so I can log into your account and see what's happening:
Click on the character at the upper right corner and then, in the popup, click “Settings”
On the left vertical menu, click on “Grant Account Login Access”
On the row for The Max Labs Project, use the menu to change “—No Access—“ to “1-Month…”
