I was trying to import the csv file but it failed.



Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make it worse. There's a 95% chance the same snag/fix is listed & answered in the Help FAQ. But if you can't find it there, post your problem here.
Make sure you post in the right category below & be sure to include a screencap showing the issue!
At the top of the cover page it says:
Critical! – YOU HAVE TO DO THIS FIRST TO AVOID PROBLEMS: 1) Click the character icon in the top right corner to get a popup & then click Settings under your name
2) On the left-hand menu, under My Personal Information, click Language & Time Zone 3) In the center of the screen, set the Locale menu to "English (United States)" & click Save
You're in Canada. Did you follow the instructions to set your Language & Locale to English - United States?
