In step 19. When I clicked on pitches then new, none of the contact Name/ Mobile/ Email / follow up and comments fields show up.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Ok, it is fixed now. For that Pitch record it was seeking, you had a blank (empty) for Contact Name. It was supposed to be Julia Chavez. That is the Contact Name because that is who you were meeting with at Spray & Pray.
Anyway, it is fixed now and you have a 100% certificate for 2a.

Ok, thx. I guess you must have hit the wrong buttons while you were trying to do some steps. Just take your time and go slowly and carefully and you should have no problems. Good luck!
I didn't do the step 89 before the 23
Ok, but you seem to have do Step 89 which comes much, much later in the lab and doing Step 89 is why you were having trouble in Steps 23 and 27. So how/why did you perform Step 89 before Steps 23 and 27?
The steps 23 asked me to change the "Follow up" date and the step 27 about the "comment"
I got confused because I noticed that those fields were missing in my "new pitch"
But I mean you must have done Step 89 before doing Step 19 - that is why it looked different to you. I'm asking how/why you did Step 89 before Step 19.

Ok, it's fixed. Somehow those fields had been taken out of the Pitch Layout which should only happen later on in Step 89. Are you skipping ahead or something? Let me know so I can understand what's going on, ok?
I added them back and it's fine now but I need to understand what happened, so please let me know, ok?

Having trouble finding an account with that name on it. Do these 3 steps now please so I can find your account:
Click the little gear at the top right and then select Setup.
On the lefthand menu go to Company Settings and under that, click Company Information.
In the middle panel, look down in the left column for Salesforce.com Organization ID and copy/paste that long string of numbers & letters and email it to me at tim.hill@themaxlabsproject.com

Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
