Hi.
I have entered the Pitch Validation Rule exactly as the instructions say and it doesn't bring up the error message whenever I enter a percentage larger than 100%. What do I do?
Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Ok, it worked fine for me so it's definitely a browser issue. Email me at tim.hill@themaxlabsproject.com and I'll reply with a screencap you can use.
Okay! I saved the changes.
Ok do these 3 steps so I can access your account and let me know when they're done, ok?
Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
Click My Personal Information (upper left) and then Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
Hello! I did that and it still didn't work.
I believe that's a browser issue - you need to have popup blockers turned off and refer to these tips and then let me know if you still can't get it working, ok?
In Safari, select Preferences, click the Privacy tab and for Website tracking, uncheck the box labeled Prevent cross-site tracking. If Block all cookies is checked, uncheck that too. (And always turn off ad/popup blockers while using Salesforce, too.)
In Chrome, select Preferences, scroll down to the Privacy & Security section, click on Cookies and other site data and then check Allow all cookies or Block third-party cookies in Incognito. (And always turn off ad/popup blockers while using Salesforce, too.)
In Firefox, select Preferences, Privacy & Security and select Standard. (And always turn off ad/popup blockers while using Salesforce, too.)
