Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.
Before you post make sure you check the Help FAQ for an instant solution first. Then, if you can't find it there, you can post your problem here and we'll get to it ASAP (within 24 hours), but be sure you:

Hi there, for the Records Processed and Records Failed section, the instructions stated that my page needed to say 10 Records Processed and 0 Records Failed. However, for mine it says 10 Records Processed and 10 Records Failed. I think this later affected Step 48 as no clients showed up in my "Pitch Everything" section. As in the entire section on "Pitch Everything" was empty. I would just like to clarify this.
Oh, right. So when Max was telling you how to get your account, she said to be sure to select United States as your country, even if you weren't in the US, to make sure everything worked right. I guess you didn't follow that?
Yeah, looks like something's wrong there. In the steps leading up to that, did it show you any warnings, like mapping errors or something?

Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
