


Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make it worse. There's a 95% chance the same snag/fix is listed & answered in the Help FAQ. But if you can't find it there, post your problem here.
Make sure you post in the right category below & be sure to include a screencap showing the issue!
At the bottom of your screencap it says "The details of the first 1,000 errors can be found in the attachments for this email:" and there is a file attached named Pitches_Errors.csv. Can you send this .csv file to me at tim.hill@themaxlabsproject.com please? Thanks.
Also, do these 3 steps and then let me know when there are done:
Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
Click My Personal Information (upper left) and then Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
And tell me the name on your Salesforce account so I can look it up and access it for you and find the problem, ok?
