on the page there are couple error signs but nothing that shows me what i need to do

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Yeah, so computers are super-picky. You have to get every detail just right to make them work.
You used parentheses, ( ) in that Display Format field. As it shows, you have to use the curly braces { }
