incorrect. i tried everything and even clicked forgot my password but still have not received an email yet its been long now. I do not know what to do. This is for step 84.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make it worse. There's a 95% chance the same snag/fix is listed & answered in the Help FAQ. But if you can't find it there, post your problem here.

Well, sometimes the lost password emails from Salesforce get tagged as spam by the carriers so you may never get that. But you really shouldn't need it. The username and password are the same on your laptop as your phone. But if you can't get it to work, that's ok. There are no more deliverables in Lab 1a so you can stop there and go on to Lab 1b when you're ready.
