Each email has the same username but a different login URL. Use that to log into one and see if you can find the Pitch object. If so, always use that URL to log in from now on so you are in the right account. If there is no Pitch object in that one, use the other login URL to get into the other account and the Pitch should be in that one and always use that login UrL from now on to be sure you are always in that account.
