I need to delete this pitch and start new. How do I get rid of the edit option in the top right and have it say new?

That Pitch object was added as part of Max's Pitch Package when you installed it. The only way to delete it is to uninstall Max's Pitch Package. Why do you think you need to delete it? Let me know your actual issue and I can probably help avoid deleting/uninstalling but if you do need to uninstall then you'll need to install again and I can help you avoid paying by giving you a promo code for that.
