Maxlab 2a - new pitch layout missing fields

Sorry, yes, that explains a lot. The problem is that those later steps have already been done - those later steps are when you take those fields out of the Page Layout of the Pitch object. So that's why they are not showing up and are locked. You can add them back in by going to the Object Manager > Pitch > Page Layouts and then you can continue but then you may get stuck again on a similar problem where things have already been done. Then you may need to undo those to proceed.
Honestly, I think it may be easier to start over with a fresh account. Then I can give you a promo code so you don't have to pay again. You can skip 1a and most of 1b. I can tell you which steps you can skip so then you can quickly get to the start of 2a and won't have these problems anymore. (And you won't run into them again in 2b, 3a and 3b, either).
