I assume you mean you can’t log into Salesforce and the people recovery isn’t working for you? If so, unfortunately, Salesforce doesn’t provide support for these free accounts, so they best thing to do at this point is abandon the old account and get a new one and just make sure you use the new one from now on and be sure to remember that pw. You don’t have to start over with 1a on the new account. You can just start with Step 5 of Lab 1b and stop after Step 36 and then you can go straight to start Lab 2a. But the 1b steps will tell you to install Max’s Pitch Package again. If you pay again, I will refund you. Or if you want a promo code you can email me at tim.hill@themaxlabsproject.com.
