But today, when I went to finish the rest of the assignment, I am a little baffled where I start on to complete the following next steps:

Yeah, starting with Step 74, you'll be adding those fields that used to be in Pitch to your new Meeting object. So to start that, go to Setup > Object Manager > Meeting > Fields & Relationships and click New and go from there!
