So basically what I’m saying is that after 73rd step, I kind of got a bit confused because 74th is a bit tricky, hence I started going back and forth on the Salesforce website and clicking on different icons to see if it works but it wasn’t right. If I just log out of the Salesforce account and then log back in, to do the whole Lab 2A again, is it possible?

No, you can't start over anyway and it would just make things worse. All you need to do to get back to where you were is to go to Setup > Object Manager > Meeting and then click Fields & Relationships on the left and then click New to make a new Field.
You've already done this a bunch of times and should be getting used to it at some point, especially if you're reading between the steps and understanding what it is you're doing. That's how you actually learn from the exercises.
