On step 92, the new button does not show. Does anyone have an idea how to fix this?

On step 92, the new button does not show. Does anyone have an idea how to fix this?
It seems like Meeting isn't connected to Pitch. Were you able to do Steps 80-86? If so, then they must be connected so maybe you have created two Meeting objects somehow?
Please let me know about the above and then do these 3 steps so I can access your account and take a look but be sure to let me know when you've done them, ok?
Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
Click My Personal Information (upper left) and then Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
