How to Correct the Erroneous Field Values for the "Spray & Pray" Pitch Record That is Supposed to Represent the Current, Existing Pitch Term
For my 2a lab I have an incorrect comment, but I am not able to change the comment in the "Seeing triple" area. What can I do?

Well, that is because, you took Comments out of the Pitch Layout later in Lab 2a. If you really want to fix that entry, you need to put Comments back in the Pitch layout and then you could edit it and save it. And then you could take Comments back out of the layout.
But what difference does it make? Are you getting an error message from the grader? If so, it's probably not about the comments - maybe the Contact Name that is supposed to be Julia Chavez. That part isn't showing in Seeing Triple but you could see it in Pitch Everything. But it would be the same problem - you would need to put Contact Name back in the Pitch layout to edit it and take it back out of the layout once you're done. And then regrade.

Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
