Step 68: To fix this I'm told I need to connect meeting to pitch in the Related To setting
From what I understand I'm at the meeting in object manager and have the pitch field and also have pitch connect in the related to however the Max Labs Grader tells me it's still wrong what can I do to fix it?

Yes, from your screencap, it looks like you have correctly added Pitch as a Lookup field to the Meeting object but the grader doesn't seem to be seeing it that way. Are you sure you have re-run the scoring routine (executed that one line of code in the Dev Console) and refreshed maybe after adding that field to Meeting?
If that's not the issue, then my best guess is that, when you added Pitch to the Meeting object, you might have clicked quickly through the Next, Next... part and one of those pages you were skipping over didn't get a chance to fully load and execute its code. That code sets the "visibility" of the new field to the rest of Salesforce. So it may be there but not available to the other Salesforce components.
To find out & fix if true, go to Setup > Object Manager > Meetings and click on Fields & Relationships and click on Pitch and then click the Set Field Level Security button and then, make sure all the checkboxes on the next page are checked and click Save.
If they are already all checked or checking them all doesn't help, then do these 3 steps so I can access your account and I'll take a look. Let me know when you've done them, ok?
Log in and click on the round character icon (upper right corner) and click Settings
On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that
