These error codes keep happening and I have gone back and fixed them a few times. I am not sure what else I am doing wrong or how I can go about fixing them.

Ok, thanks. I got into your account and found the issue. You had created a Meeting object and connected it to Pitch as instructed. But you had also created an object called "Meeting Date" with all the same fields and it was also connected to Pitch. You had added the 3 Meeting records to the Meeting Date object, but not to the Meeting object.
I simply deleted the Meeting object and then renamed the Meeting Date object to "Meeting" and then regraded and it worked fine. You now have a 100% certificate.
