So even when using an incognito window and typing login.salesforce.com, you can't log into any of your accounts successfully at this point? If not, then you'll need to get a new one but you'll need to be careful to always use that username and pw and always start with an incognito window and type login.salesforce.com when you start and then use that one account always from now on.
