When I scroll down to related lists I do not have something that says "properties", I do not even have anywhere on the screen that says "properties". Is there something I am doing wrong?

When I scroll down to related lists I do not have something that says "properties", I do not even have anywhere on the screen that says "properties". Is there something I am doing wrong?
Ok then do these 3 steps so I can log into your account and see what's happening and let you know:
Log in and click on you name (upper right) and click My Settings
Click My Personal Information (upper left) and then Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 Year and click Save
Let me know when they're done and I'll get in and take a look, ok?
