It looks like back Lab 1b after you applied the data filter to the report in Steps 94-100, you must have clicked Save. That's ok. It won't hurt anything. The screencap here in Step 52 of 2a is just trying to show you that the three different Spray & Pray records are messing up the report values and the screencap shows you how. So just continue on and you will be fine, ok?
