The checkpoint 3
At step 112 and 113, the meeting ID displays on the screen but that of the meeting dates, comments and enthusiasm is not showing together with the details below are blank.
Hope to hear from you.

below is the comment after using the max grader
Looks like the Related List in the Page Layout for the Pitch object doesn't include Meeting Date, Comments and Enthusiasm in that order (Steps 80-85). Or if it looks like they are all correct, it's probably an internal naming problem and you'll need the special instructions at the link given at the end of this message to fix it–just editing the label won't work! The Related List is what defines the columns that show for the Meeting records listed in the screencap after Step 113. If you want to fix this and re-grade to clear this message, click here to see how.

Well, you can always click to follow the posts here so that you get notified by email when I reply to your posting.
But that was all to help you with Lab 1a. Now it seems you really don't need that anymore so let's focus on 3a.
When you create a Salesforce account, you set the username. Every username has to be unique. There can't be two accounts with the same username, for obvious reasons. If you're trying to create yet another new account, then you have to choose a new username for it. Salesforce won't allow you to create multiple accounts with the same username.
Usernames can be anything that LOOKS like an email address. The username you choose doesn't have to be a real email address. For example it could be hippo@suitcase.sauce and that would work for a username, assuming no one else has already chosen it for their account.
So if you want to make another new account now, you need to make up a new username. Then with a brand new account, you can start Lab 3a from the first step without doing any previous lab work. Just make sure you get every step correct and there will be zero problems. If you mess up one step, everything can become a time-consuming problem so it's best to go slow and get everything exactly right, ok?
