That's something only Salesforce itself can do for you, unfortunately, but if you're having trouble logging in, it might just be that you're not using the special login URL (link) they gave you in the verification email they sent you when you first got your account. Go back and find that email and use that link they gave you with the username that is in that email too. Then see if the pw you think you set will work. Hopefully it will. If not, let me know.
Depending on which labs you still need to complete, you can maybe get a brand new account and not have to repeat too much work to continue. Let me know.
