Hello Dr.Kim,
I was able to do all the steps up to line 80 and everything was ok. While correcting some errors some files were deleted and i am stuck on step 19 - Pitches tab. Many fields on the right side of the screencap are missing, Hence, I an unable to continue. Plesae assist.

Ok, yes, I can see from your screencap you have lots of mistakes in there. Computers are super-picky. You have to follow each and every instruction correclty to ensure everything will work correctly. Now that things are messed up, it's much harder to fix. But you have to fix the problem rather than try to start over. That doesn't work because you change things as you go so you can't start over from where you were. Things have changed.
I may be able to help fix it for you. Please do these 3 steps so I can access your account and I'll take a look. Let me know when you've done them, ok?
Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
Then I will need your Salesforce Org ID so I can find your account so do these 3 steps too:
Click the little gear at the top right and then select Setup.
On the lefthand menu go to Company Settings and under that, click Company Information.
In the middle panel, look down in the right column for your Salesforce.com Organization ID and copy/paste that long string of numbers & letters and email it to me at tim.hill@themaxlabsproject.com
