Yeah, it looks like you didn't get the Meeting object connect up to your Pitch object.
That should have happened in Step 65-72 where you add a Pitch field the the Meeting object so that a Meeting record will know which Pitch it goes with.
Either you skipped those steps or maybe you accidentally added that field to the Pitch object instead of the Meeting object? Anyway, go to them now and when you return to 92, the New button should be there, allowing you to create a new Meeting record to go with the Spray & Pray Pitch record.
