

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Thank you for your feedback and guidance. I’ve been going back and trying to clear all the necessary steps, but I’ve been running into a few issues that continue to block my progress. For Steps 1–4 of Lab 1b, I had trouble completing them earlier on, and when I recently tried to remove the Pitch object, I received the error message: "We couldn’t delete Pitch because other objects have one or more relationships to it." I’ve checked multiple times and tried removing any related items, but I’m still stuck and unsure what else to disconnect.
Also, one of the errors mentions a missing contact name, but when I go through the process on my screen, I do see a contact name entered—so I’m not sure why that’s still showing up as an issue. I may be doing something wrong without realizing it, and it’s getting a bit confusing. I’m trying hard to work through everything, but I was wondering if there’s any way to reset or bypass these steps so I can move forward with the import in Lab 2b. I really appreciate all of the help to get this resolved.

Yeah, you can't keep going. You have to fix it so Step 20 will work. There must be something wrong with the way you set up the fields in your Meeting object. Do these 3 steps and I'll take a look for you:
Log in and click on the round character icon (upper right corner) and click Settings
On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that
• 3. On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
