Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

LAB 2B Step 20

in Lab 2b

Hello. I am stuck on step 20. It says in the directions that "The very bottom line of the report should show Records Processed: 10 & Records Failed: 0." For me it says records failed 10 instead of 0. I have tried to go back and try different things to fix this but every time i try again it stays at 10 and doesn't change to 0. I tried to keep going but can't do any of the other steps until this is solved. Hoping for help. Thanks!

Thank you for your feedback and guidance. I’ve been going back and trying to clear all the necessary steps, but I’ve been running into a few issues that continue to block my progress. For Steps 1–4 of Lab 1b, I had trouble completing them earlier on, and when I recently tried to remove the Pitch object, I received the error message: "We couldn’t delete Pitch because other objects have one or more relationships to it." I’ve checked multiple times and tried removing any related items, but I’m still stuck and unsure what else to disconnect.

Also, one of the errors mentions a missing contact name, but when I go through the process on my screen, I do see a contact name entered—so I’m not sure why that’s still showing up as an issue. I may be doing something wrong without realizing it, and it’s getting a bit confusing. I’m trying hard to work through everything, but I was wondering if there’s any way to reset or bypass these steps so I can move forward with the import in Lab 2b. I really appreciate all of the help to get this resolved.

Thanks for explaining that, it definitely makes sense now how using the original Pitch object caused things to get messed up. If you’re able to help clear it out, I’d really appreciate it. Thank you again for your help and patience!

Ok, I finished cleaning things up - I deleted your Meeting object and your old Pitch object from Lab 1a. I did notice you're making quite a few mistakes here and there but most of the important ones are gone now so it should be relatively ok.

You can just start with Step 55 of Lab 2a and go from there, ok? But this time, try going slower, reading carefully, and making sure you get each step exactly right, ok? That will save you tons of time later on trying to fix stuff. Computers are picky and you have to get stuff exactly right.

Ok, thanks. I accessed your account. It looks like the import is failing due to the errors you made in created the Meeting object in 2a. Many of the fields are set up wrong so the data can't import now in 2b. Actually, it's good the import didn't work because you don't have the 3 Meeting records you were supposed to add in Lab 2a and they need to be there before you import.

Note also the message in the 2a grader report saying you hadn't done Steps 1-4 of Lab 1b and it was important to do those to keep from having mistakes going forward. So I recommend you go through the error messages of Lab 2a and make those corrections by clicking where it says "to fix this click here". Once you have cleared up those errors in your Meeting object, try importing again in 2b and it should work. If not, then let me know and I can fix it from there. But do the fixes listed in 2a first, ok?

Yeah, you can't keep going. You have to fix it so Step 20 will work. There must be something wrong with the way you set up the fields in your Meeting object. Do these 3 steps and I'll take a look for you:

Log in and click on the round character icon (upper right corner) and click Settings
On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that

• 3. On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
