My student is unable to run Lab2a grader app because she received an error message. See the attachment.
I researched the error message and found it is about timestamp passing between the applications.
Can you help? I can provide the student's username in a private email.
She was able to run Lab1 grader app and run Lab2a grading once.
Thanks,
Julia
Julia, yes, I think that is a known bug in the grader app. Sorry about that. I believe it happens when a student accidentally chooses an incorrect data type for the Meeting Date field (in the Meeting object). Like sometimes, for some reason, the student chooses Lookup Relationship as the data type for the Meeting Date field when it should be data type = Date. And this crashes the grader.
We are currently beta-testing a new version of the grader that corrects this bug. But for now, I am usually able to work around it by correcting the data type of the Meeting Date field to be Date. Then the grader runs correctly.
So please try that and let me know, ok? If that doesn't work, then have the student do these 3 steps so I can access her account and I will find the issue and correct for her, np:
Log in and click on the round character icon (upper right corner) and click Settings
On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that
