Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

I've been trying for at least 2 weeks to create an account so I can get my labs done - I've tried restarting my computer, using different browsers, and creating multiple gmail addresses, but every single time, now matter how long I wait, I never receive any emails and I'm stuck in verification hell because the Captcha verification expires after literally 30 seconds. Please help!!
A few people reported this lately. I haven't figured out why yet. I think it must be some kind of privacy/security setting on your computer. Have you tried a different computer? Let me know, ok?
