Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Yeah, so if you read the fix instructions that the grader error links to carefully, it explains that the grader can only see the Field Names, NOT the Field Labels which are meant for humans only. So you probably fixed the Field Label, but the Field Name was still messed up from when you typed in the wrong Field Label.
So go in and edit the field again but this time, fix the Field Name to match the Field Label, BUT...
If it's one of the field names with a space in it, you have to place an underscore instead of the space. Field Names can NOT have spaces in them.
