Every time I go to download the grader app it gives me the same message and I'm not sure what it means.
I've attached an image below of the message I receive when trying to download.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

yeah, that’s not a very helpful message, but what it means is that you’ve already installed the grader successfully and it’s there ready to go. You can just use it now. Maybe watch the explainer video first to make sure you know how and then you’re good to go.
