How to Fix Settings for the Task to Email Kyle Reese

It's easy to edit the settings for an existing task for a lead:


  1. Go to App Launcher > Marketing > Leads and if you see Kyle Reese listed there, just click on his name, otherwise click Recently Viewed (upper left) to pull down and select All Open Leads and then find Kyle Reese's name and click it

  2. If the Activity tab (upper-ish left) isn't selected, select it

  3. On the vertical timeline below, look for a small green task icon (a list with a checkmark at the upper left) and click the subject  next to it (eg Email or Call, etc) to open the task you created before

  4. Then you'll see a screen showing all the settings details for the task, like Priority, Subject, Comments, etc and you can just click on any one of them to open and edit it to match the instructions (Steps 133-139) and click Save when you're done

  5. Re-grade by using the App Launcher to open the Grader App and follow instructions to run the scoring routine again and then be sure to reload the page to see the updated error list & grade certificate
