At the start of Lab 3a (Steps 1-14) , you're supposed to add Riley as another User in your Salesforce account so you can assign leads to her automatically using the Lead Assignment Rule. If you already tried to add her and maybe just messed up her name or other settings–note: you can't delete a User once you create them and you can only ever add one user to the free kind of account you're using. But it's easy to edit/fix any/all of a user's info/settings. Just click on Setup > Users > Users & click the name of the user you want to edit & then click the Edit button and change whatever, based on Steps 1-14, and then click Save when you're done. Or if you never added a new user, you can add Riley now:

1. Click the Setup gear (upper right) and select Setup

2. Do Steps 1-14 to add Riley as a new User

3. Re-grade by using the App Launcher to open the Grader App and follow instructions to run the scoring routine again and then be sure to reload the page to see the updated error list & grade certificate
