Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

You didn't get your Flow created properly and where the instrucitons said to make sure it match everything in the screencap or cancel and go back and redo, you went ahead with it anyway. Now, it's kind of a pain to delete so you can remake it. Here's the instructions on how to delete it and remake it:
