I'm not sure how to log into Riley's account instead of mine on salesforce, and make edits on salesforce through her account. I am not sure where the reset password email is being sent to. I have access to the gmail I made for the salesforce lab initially, and I have my log in and password for the salesforce, but they are not the same as the one that it says on salesforce itself as my username. So i just don't know where I am supposed to get the reset password to go ahead and log in as Riley.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Well, you set Riley's email address in Lab 3a when you created her as a user so it's whatever you set it to. But if you're not seeing the reset messages show up anywhere, then you may have set it to a non-working address or one you don't know to check or don't have access to. That's ok. You can just go to Setup > Users > Users and click on Riley and see what the address is and edit her info and change it if you need to.
Note: If you do change her email, it will not complete the change until it sends a confirmation email to that address and someone opens that up and click the confirmation link. Only then is the new address committed for her.
