Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Sofia, that's covered in the Help FAQ so look there for details but I can tell you that the slightest mistake in that long string of charcters will cause this - no error message but no lead either. Every single character has to be exactly right so check the FAQ and your string and fix anything you can find. If you still can't get it, post it here and I'll find the mistake for you. But I have class now for the next 3 hours so it'll be this evening befofe I can get to it. Sorry.
