In 3a step 53 when I clone the email template the subject and email body doesn't show up only folder through description. How do i fix this issue?

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make it worse. There's a 95% chance the same snag/fix is listed & answered in the Help FAQ. But if you can't find it there, post your problem here.
Make sure you post in the right category below & be sure to include a screencap showing the issue!
Are you clicked Save, after you entered the subject and body, BEFORE you clicked Clone?

@ahern.ryan Ok, do these 3 steps so I can access your account and I'll take a look. Let me know when you've done them, ok?
Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
BTW - be sure your browser settings are set according to the top of the Lab 1a cover sheet. Security settings can interfere with Salesforce.
