Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Answered in your email - but the tab is showing in your screencap. It is where it says "Meetings". That's the tab. You've already clicked on it and it's showing you the contents of the Meetings tab on the screen you captured.
