Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

explain the problem clearly
For step 6-14, my file will not upload into salesforce despite me doing every step correctly. I have tried downloading the file in several places, importing it multiple times, restarting the entire lab. It keeps saying 10 records processed 10 records failed. Everything up to that point is exactly as the instructions indicate it is supposed to be, 7 mapped fields 0 unmapped fields, the import matches each label as it says it should. I don't understand what is going wrong.
it’s saying that it ignored them because of duplicates, meaning I think you’ve already imported them once so it’s trying to avoid adding them again. Do you think they didn’t get imported the first time? What makes you think that?
