Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

That's telling you that you already created the field once and it's still there so you can't add another one with the same name. Having two with the same name would cause confusion.
Why are you trying to create it when it's already there? Are you trying to redo steps for some reason? That's rarely good. Better to fix whatever is wrong directly but what made you think something was wrong and you needed to redo stuff?
