Hello, as per checkpoint instructions for lab 2b, I have to send receipts of Max pitch Package for a refund since I paid twice gethelp@themaxslabsproject.com but unfortunately I can't seem to get though.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.
