hope hear from you.
Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make it worse. There's a 95% chance the same snag/fix is listed & answered in the Help FAQ. But if you can't find it there, post your problem here.
Make sure you post in the right category below & be sure to include a screencap showing the issue!
Ok, are you sure you re-ran the scoring routine (in the Developer Console) after making the corrections? If so then let me know and I'll take a look. But I know you have quite a few accounts at this point, so I'll need the Org ID of the account you're currently working in to be sure I'm looking at the right one. And if you haven't already done those 3 steps, then do them now. Here they are again:
Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
The three steps are done. the ac I'm using is mbhskissy84@gmail.com. Can't remember how to look for the org. ID again
This is from the email I don't if it works.
Organization: Bay1 (00D5f000005xJmt)
User: Henry Akapo (0055f000004k0cJ)
Package: Max Labs Grader (04t5w000005hih8)
Some components, such as custom objects, custom report types, and workflow rules, must be activated using the package deploy process, before they are available to your organization.
Thanks, I was able to access your account just now. The grader is correctly telling you that your list view Seeing Triple doesn't include the columns that it's supposed to. Here is it (from your account):
As you can see there is only the one column Pitch ID in your Seeing Triple list view. If you look at the screencap underneath Step 51, you can see that one has lots of columns showing. So the grader has noticed that and it tell you that you are missing columns. And it gives you a like to how to fix it by adding the columns so click on the link and follow the instructions to add the columns. Then re-run the scoring routine and refresh the score page.
