Since the first screenshot occurs in a pop-out screen, I'm not able to expand my character icon.
Hence, it's not in my screenshot.
Will marks be deducted for this?

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Yeah, it’s ok that way. Your name appears on the Pitch form itself. A new version of the Lab 2a instructions was released last Friday to clarify that but probably your instructor hasn’t downloaded and distributed it yet. Sorry about that.
