Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.
Before you post make sure you check the Help FAQ for an instant solution first. Then, if you can't find it there, you can post your problem here and we'll get to it ASAP (within 24 hours), but be sure you:

I'm trying to complete steps 112 & 113 for Simulation 2A, but only Mtg-01 shows up when I click on the "Related" tab. I followed the instructions that stated "If only Mtg-01 shows up, go back to Setup & use the App Launcher & Pitches tab to get back here," but Mtg-01 is still the only one that shows up. I've included a picture of the problem I'm running into. I was wondering if you knew how to fix this? Thank you for your time!
Ok yeah, I can't see that the other two Meeting records were ever created. They're definitely not there and they're not in the recycle bin so they weren't there and then deleted. I think just start again at Step 101 and continue from there and you should be fine. But let me know, ok?

Oh! Not sure why that's happening. You're sure you created those other two meetings, I assume. And you attached them to the same pitch record - the Spray & Pray one?
Maybe try doing these 3 steps so I can access your account and see what's going on:
Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
Click My Personal Information (upper left) and then Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
