

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make it worse. There's a 95% chance the same snag/fix is listed & answered in the Help FAQ. But if you can't find it there, post your problem here.
Make sure you post in the right category below & be sure to include a screencap showing the issue!
Do these 3 steps so I can access your account and look:
Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save

Yeah, so you skipped the first 4 steps of 1b where you're supposed to delete the PItch object you made in Lab 1a. That's important because then you add a new Pitch object when you install Max's Pitch Package. Now you have two and you got confused between them and imported the records into the wrong one - the old one you were supposed to delete.
Computers are picky. You need to follow each and every instruction and do them in the order given to avoid issues. I'll clean up your account now as best I can and then you'll need to import the data again into the new Pitch object this time and go from there.
