Yes, I accessed your account and when I tried importing, it worked fine. Not sure why you were seeing errors. You may have clicked on something during the import screen that wasn't supposed to be clicked or are sure you set the browser settings given at the top of the Lab 1a cover sheet?

Anyway, it's all fixed now and the data has been imported. So you can just go to the App Launcher and select Marketing CRM Classic and click the Pitches tab and then pick up again at Step 37 and go from there, ok?

No the steps tell you - it's your Salesforce.com Organization ID (there is one for your account). Not York U. You'll see it when you follow the steps I gave you.

Ok, thanks. That helps. But I'm still not sure why you got that error so please do these 3 steps so I can access your account and I'll take a look. Let me know when you've done them, ok?

1. Log in and click on the round character icon (upper right corner) and click Settings

2. On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that

3. On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save

Then I will need your Salesforce Org ID so I can find your account:

4. Click the little gear at the top right and then select Setup.

5. On the lefthand menu go to Company Settings and under that, click Company Information.

6. In the middle panel, look down in the right column for your Salesforce.com Organization ID and copy/paste that long string of numbers & letters and email it to me at tim.hill@themaxlabsproject.com
