When I go to the pitch tab I get a pop up that says "You don't have access to this record. Ask your administrator for help or to request access."
I tried just exiting that box but the "Import" button that I am supposed to go to next is nowhere to be found.
Sounds like a browser glitch. Try closing and reopening.
