Pop up error message won't let me import files.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make it worse. There's a 95% chance the same snag/fix is listed & answered in the Help FAQ. But if you can't find it there, post your problem here.
Make sure you post in the right category below & be sure to include a screencap showing the issue!
Yeah, so it's not that it doesn't work on Chrome. It's that your privacy/security settings on your Chrome are too extreme for Salesforce. But apparently, in your Safari, they're more lax.
Check the top of the cover page for Lab 1a which tells you what the settings need to be for each browser and try that, ok?

Yeah, delete the file you downloaded and try again but this time make sure you don't open it. Just download it and then drag it onto Salesforce.
Actually, rather than drag it, use the file finder to locate it and select it as the import file.
But do re-download it first
