Yeah, you're in the Marketing app and you have a Lab 1a tab showing. Go to the App Launcher and select the Max Labs Grader and then select the Lab 1b tab like in the screencap I posted

Oh, I see. Well, the screencaps you were showing were from grading Lab 1a. So to grade 1b now, you need to go to the grader app and click on the Lab 1b tab.

Yeah, it looks like maybe you're trying to grade Lab 1a after you already started Lab 1b. At the start of Lab 1b, you delete the work you did in Lab 1a so it won't get confused with the new PItch object that comes in as part of Max's Pitch Package. It's really important to grade each lab before you move onto the next one because you'll be changing/deleting work you've done as you go thru the rest.

Let me know if that's the issue, ok? If so, it's fixable but it takes some extra steps I can point you to. Or if that's not the issue, just let me know and we'll try to sort out a different solution.

Yeah, sorry Merlissa. Salesforce updated to a new version last night at midnight. In the new version, that part has changed slightly. Once you click Pitches, you should see a new button called Start Report and you should be able to click that and continue.

Thinking about it more, I suspect the grader may catch that when you get to the end, but as noted, you can just delete & remake the report at that time and then re-grade. Just be sure to open the Developer Console and run the scoring routine and refresh after you make changes, to see the new scores displayed.

(Unfortunately, once you apply a filter to a report in Salesforce, there's no way to take it off which seems crazy but it's true so you have to delete it and remake it. Sorry.)
