I followed the instructions for this lab EXACTLY, and the Pitches tab is clearly showing up even though the Grader says it isn't. I have tried redoing this multiple times to no avail. I do not know how to fix this.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Yes, that is a mistake in the greater app due to a change that Salesforce made last Sunday. We are working to fix it right now, but if you let me know who your instructor is, I can email them and tell them that you should get full credit OK?
